Some Demons had wings, others didn't, they had different eye and hair colors, different eye iris shapes, some had tails, and each one's skin color was also different, but what they all had in common was the horns, even That horns have different shapes, colors, and sizes doesn't change the fact that everyone has horns.

It was interesting to see everyone interacting in such a normal way, they don't look anything like the Demons from the myths, legends, and games of my ancient world.
