Chapter 541 – The Grand Wedding

The wedding was set to take place at the Grand Stadium of Holy Cat City, the very same venue that had hosted the previous Alchemy Competition. The entire stadium had been beautifully decorated to create a grand and romantic atmosphere worthy of the occasion.Elegant banners and flowing fabrics decorated every corner while countless flowers filled the surroundings with vibrant colors. Even the enormous stage at the center had been redesigned beautifully, radiating grandeur worthy of the City Lord herself.

Even though it was still early in the morning, thousands upon thousands of people were already gathering outside the stadium. The area was lively and bustling. Many stalls had been set up, selling all kinds of food, drinks, souvenirs, and festive items to the excited crowd.

Caterina had sent invitations across the entire South Region. While the number of important guests from major influences was not quite as high as during the Alchemy Conference, there were still many prominent figures in attendance. It was a clear display of just how influential Caterina Feline truly was.

There was no doubt that this would be a massive event, even though it was "just" a wedding. Many people were already saying it might be the grandest wedding the South Region had seen in hundreds of years.

Not only had Caterina invited important guests, but she had also opened the event to all citizens of Holy Cat City. Thanks to her long-standing reputation as a beloved City Lord, the Grand Stadium would almost certainly be filled to capacity.

Of course, Caterina did not stop there. She had arranged for the entire wedding to be broadcast live across the whole city through the Grand Formation. Large projections would appear in various districts so that millions of her citizens could watch the ceremony from anywhere in the city.

When Leyvi saw the full scale of these arrangements, he was utterly dumbfounded.

Isn't this a little too extravagant? he thought. All this… just for a wedding?

He could not even begin to imagine how much spirit stones and resources had been spent to make everything happen. The sheer scale of it left him feeling slightly overwhelmed.

In the preparation room, Leyvi looked through the long list of guests who had already arrived. Many of the names were familiar. He had seen most of them during the Alchemy Conference.

Goldstone Family, Homun Family, Clover Family, Pill Ascension Sect, Pill Palace, Medicine Valley, Longevity Academy, and many more influential powers were all present.

He was slightly surprised to see Mountain Dew Sect on the list as well. He wondered who they had sent to attend the wedding. Most likely, it will be his sister-in-law Vivian and her husband Elder Bobori, considering their familial connection.

It had been many years since his last visit to Mountain Dew Sect. He made a mental note to pay them a quick visit on the way back home after the wedding.

"Nervous?" Anda asked as she walked over with a gentle smile.

"More like awkward," Leyvi replied honestly. "The scale is way too big."

"Well, that's to be expected," Anda said with a light laugh. "Big Sis Rina is a very famous figure in the South Region, after all. They call her the Fierce Lady of the South. Almost everyone here knows her name. After today, everyone in the South Region will also know yours."

Leyvi let out a heavy sigh and shook his head. "Ugh… that's exactly what I don't want. Getting famous means attracting a lot of unnecessary attention."

Anda patted his shoulder reassuringly. "Well, you'd better start getting used to it. This is inevitable. My husband is destined to become world-famous whether you like it or not."

Leyvi blinked at her confident declaration.

Is this panda woman really planning for world domination? he thought.

At an hour before noon, the long-awaited wedding finally began.

The Grand Stadium was packed to full capacity and buzzing with excitement. Cheers and lively chatter filled the air from every corner. It was not just the stadium, the entire Holy Cat City was alive with people. Crowds had gathered in the streets and plazas, eagerly watching the large projections of the ceremony created by the city's Grand Formation.

Suddenly, multiple bright spotlights focused on the grand ceremony stage at the center of the stadium. The next moment, a massive blaze of fire erupted and engulfed the entire stage, shocking the crowd. Just as some people began to panic, the roaring flames twisted and reshaped themselves into a majestic fiery cat. The flaming feline leaped high into the sky, roared powerfully, and then disappeared in a spectacular burst of sparks.

When the flames vanished, a white-haired, handsome middle-aged man stood elegantly on the stage. Despite having been swallowed by intense flames just moments ago, the stage showed no signs of damage whatsoever.

"Hahahaha! Ladies and gentlemen!" the man's voice boomed clearly across the entire stadium. "Welcome to the grand wedding between Leyvi Leyan and Caterina Feline! It is I, Albert Wood, who will have the honor of serving as the officiant for today's ceremony!"

His appearance instantly sparked waves of lively discussion and surprised laughter throughout the stadium.

"What the heck? It's him? Why would City Lord Caterina choose President Albert as the officiant? Does she want the wedding to fail or something?"

"Hahaha! Out of all the people she could have picked, she actually chose him. This is so typical of her style. Completely unpredictable!"

"In my opinion, having a weirdo like him lead the wedding makes it even more fun."

All kinds of opinions and jokes spread rapidly among the guests. Albert Wood was none other than the infamous and eccentric President of the South Region Alchemy Association.

"Hahahaha! Listen to that crowd!" President Albert laughed heartily, looking extremely pleased with himself. "As expected, I am still as popular as ever. People simply cannot stop talking about me. But please, everyone, stop focusing on me for now. Today's main characters are not me, but someone else!"

The entire crowd rolled their eyes in unison. Nobody ever thought of you as the main character for anything. Stop dreaming!

"Alright, alright. Enough jokes for now," President Albert continued with a dramatic wave of his hands. "We can save them for my own wedding later."

The crowd rolled their eyes again. Everyone knows you can't even get a single girl to marry you.

"Without further ado," he announced, spreading his arms wide theatrically, "let us welcome our main characters for today — Leyvi Leyan and Caterina Feline — onto the stage!"

The moment he finished speaking, two bright spotlights flashed on opposite sides of the stadium. Leyvi and Caterina emerged at the same time from different aisles, making their grand entrance.

Leyvi, who usually looked like a simple country bumpkin, now appeared exceptionally dashing in a well-tailored black tuxedo with his hair neatly styled. He was accompanied by Bodo, Tal, and Bana, all of whom were also dressed handsomely for the occasion.

Behind them followed two large, majestic-looking demonic beasts. A powerful demonic bison and a striking demonic red fox walked proudly with their bloodlines fully activated. Swirling auras of their powerful bloodlines radiated around them, drawing the attention of the entire crowd. A small demonic monkey sat proudly on top of the bison's head, looking around curiously while holding a golden banana in its hand.

The appearance of the beasts caused an immediate stir among the guests.

"Holy shit! Aren't those Commander Level Demonic Beasts? Did they hire them just to show off?"

"Hmph! What do you know?" someone replied excitedly. "I remember this Leyvi guy from the Beast Tamer Tournament years ago. Those two Commander Level beasts are his spirit beasts, including that monkey. Back then they were only at the Intermediate Level!"

"WHAT? How is that possible? Is this guy some kind of genius beast tamer? Both of his spirit beasts reached Commander Level so quickly!"

Similar conversations broke out everywhere in the stadium as people whispered and speculated about Leyvi.

On the opposite side, Caterina walked gracefully toward the stage. She wore a gorgeously designed wedding gown adorned with tasteful cat-themed frills that perfectly accentuated her voluptuous figure. A beautiful tiara rested atop her long, wavy hair, which was styled in an elegant half-updo.

Her breathtaking appearance left many men in the audience momentarily speechless. Caterina had always been regarded as an exceptional beauty, but today she looked even more radiant and captivating than usual. She had long been the dream woman of countless men in the South Region, yet her powerful status and fierce reputation had always kept them at a distance.

To her left walked Luna, her beautiful white demonic cat, now the size of a leopard with her bloodline power fully activated for everyone to see. Following closely behind Caterina were Anda and the rest of the ladies from the Leyan Family.

Many men in the crowd sighed inwardly with complicated emotions. They had never thought that this fierce and legendary lady would finally marry after so many years, and to a much younger man, no less.

They could not help but wonder what would happen to the groom later. Would he too fall victim to her? There had long been rumors that every man who had been with Caterina eventually ended up impotent. Could this young man defy that supposed fate?

The ceremony proceeded smoothly and beautifully. After Leyvi and Caterina recited their personal vows and exchanged wedding bands, they shared a deep, heartfelt kiss.

At that moment, President Albert officially announced with a loud, cheerful voice, "I now pronounce you husband and wife!"

The entire stadium erupted into thunderous cheers and applause.

After the kiss, Leyvi gently lifted Caterina into a princess carry. Surrounded by beautiful floating lights, they slowly rose into the sky together, creating a truly magical scene that marked the perfect end to the ceremony.

The next event was the wedding banquet, which Caterina had prepared to last for three full days with an unbelievable amount of exquisite food and drinks already arranged.

Of course, Leyvi and Caterina would only attend the banquet and greet guests on the first day.

After all, Caterina had something far more important to do. She had been holding back a very long, very intense pent-up desire for far too long, and she was finally ready to unleash it.
